Coronavirus update (3/25/2020): If your job has been negatively impacted by the Coronavirus, we are sorry to hear about the difficulties for you and your family. We have been informed that as of now, there are no changes to the requirements under your chapter 13, all payments are still due. This could change as information on the impact of the coronavirus comes in.

Please check back daily for any updates. As soon as the Chapter 13 office and/or Court update us, we will update the information on our website. Once this horrible pandemic is behind us, we anticipate guidance from the Trustee/Court regarding the options for each of you who were unable to make your payments.
